SBK Consulting was formed by Virginia Edley in 2007. Ms. Edley has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry in upstream production, petrochemical plants and refineries. Ms. Edley has worked for several companies in the industry and has developed and managed a number of reliability, root cause analysis and inspection programs. Ms. Edley has held several reliability management positions at different plants. In these roles, she specialized in conducting gap assessments of existing plant reliability and maintenance programs and then developed strategies and implementation plans to improve performance. Ms. Edley has also conducted mechanical integrity and inspection program gap assessments for single plants and across multi-plant sites. She has been instrumental in developing and implementing improvements to these programs at a number of facilities. Ms. Edley graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. She also completed a Master of Technology Degree from the University of Denver and holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Project Management. Ms. Edley focused her master’s program study on leading organizational change. |
