SBK Consulting, LLC, is owned by Virginia Edley. Ms Edley utilizes change management methods and work process mapping to enable organizations to make sustainable changes. These methods complement her technical expertise and enables her to approach business and performance problems using a multi-dimensional strategy. Ms. Edley is a Licensed Affiliate of Failsafe Network, INC and leads Latent Cause (Root Cause) Analysis investigations utilizing Failsafe’s ROOTS method. She assists sites with their latent cause implementation programs, giving them the benefit of quickly learning from small failures to reduce and eliminate large failures. |
